Research - Voice of the Customer
We are working with a client to help investigate the helicopter market in the United Kingdom, Australia, and South Africa. We need a consultant to research, source, and conduct at least 5 Voice of the Customer interviews per country (15 in total).
We expect each interview to last approximately one hour. Our firm will provide the interview guide as well as direction on how we would like the interview notes formatted.
Previous industry experience is not required but we do expect the consultant to have previous experience running Voice of the Customer interviews.
