Valuation Multiple Analysis for Web-based Software Development Company

We are looking to provide equity to our team members in the form of "Phantom Stock" as a near-term approach. Part of this includes a valuation on our company, however at this point we're only interested in obtaining a valuation multiple analysis report. My understanding of this is the delivery of a valuation multiple, based on research done on other comparable companies in our industry (Web-based Software Development). While this isn't a thorough valuation, it will allow us to apply to the valuation multiple to our revenue which will in turn allow us to provide a value of the shares we're granting our employees.
