We are retained to provide a valuation opinion letter to an estate for tax purposes. The valuation is for a $20 million EBITDA company that the estate owns in the food service industry. There is a thorough quality of earnings report that provides an excellent guideline for the analysis. We need associate level investment banking help to complete the valuation and complete the report in a presentable format.
Additional Notes
Someone with at least 2-3 years of Investment Banking experience. Strong valuation and presentation skills. A former M&A banker would be ideal but not necessary. LOCATION: CAN BE NY OR LA BASED
