In need of a a natural gas utility or midstream subject matter expert to serve as adviser on an acquisition. The professional will help in the due diligence as well as negotiation of a definitive agreement. This will include detailed analysis of the company's financials, assets/operations, as well as growth initiatives presented by the target company. Furthermore, the professional may also be required to attend and/or support preparations for investor meetings.
