We are working on a capital raise for an innovative SaaS company with operations in the US and Asia. We require someone with relevant industry expertise to build financial models, write a CIM and assist the internal team in managing the transaction process. Initial project will be to manage the basic management presentation and accompanying financial model, ongiong support may be available for the right candidate.
