Corporate Strategy & Development - Strategy Development
We are seeking support with project management and diligence including:
- Financial diligence: High level P&L and balance sheet assessment, working capital review, capex assessment, etc.
- Commercial Diligence: Developing an assessment of current and potential customers & products
- Operations Diligence: Support operations team in creating an assessment of plant operations and cost structure
Support Transaction process:
- Ensure key transaction workstreams are on track against objectives, help facilitate project team meetings, maintain overall project workplan, keep diligence requests and data room up to date
Support project communications:
- Help develop project review and recommendation materials, help provide project updates and follow up with team
*An added bonus would be if this person can be on-site for part of the project, but not essential
*There is also potential that this project will last longer than initial one-month period
