Finance & Accounting - M&A Transaction Readiness
Modeling, presentations, diligence, analysis, market research - various tasks to help assess and execute a private equity investment. Lots of exposure to the deal process, thus requiring the ability to stretch both up and down. The timing and precise work needed at different points in time will also be dependent on the deal process; pay flexible for the right professional.
Additional Notes
1-3 years of investment banking + 1-3 years of private equity preferred (other buyside or in-house M&A considered). Experience with smaller deals, tougher deals, and/or manufacturing all pluses. About The Client
