Early discussions with regional low cost airline to help streamline operations and expense structure to better fit their positioning. Looking for individual w/ prior consulting or direct industry experience streamlining flight operations and 'front of house' customer service and fulfillment, as a complement to our knowledge of overhead, IT, org streamlining, etc. Initially focused/scoped on securing project, then would need project advice and support. Advanced/Expert capability needed.
