I need a three statement financial model for a subscriber-based start-up. We are considering either convertible debt or a SAFE investment, so experience with these instruments would be helpful. I can provide a detailed assumptions worksheet and you can built the model from there. 6-year investment period with a one-year subscriber ramp up and five years of 'stabilized' performance.
