Finance & Accounting - Financial Modeling
At a minimum prepare a valuation model and presentation on a public company using various methods and assumptions but primarily DCF, being able to contest the current value ascribed by another firm. May also include presentation of company fundamentals and tutorial on modelling. Could be ongoing contract role as needed.
Additional Notes
Deep experience modelling LBO transactions inputting various assumptions and employing various methods such as EBITDA and DCF. Self-directed and articulate and can produce to a deadline. Preferred Skills and Certifications
