We have a client looking to prepare a strategic plan to exit his business. We'd like to uncover the attributes that drive higher multiples in his industry, benchmark his company to those attributes, and create a plan to fulfill any gaps identified. Therefore, we'll need high level market research, and financial modeling and analysis.
