We have the opportunity to help develop a sales strategy and market sizing for a brand of infant rice cake wafers. The manufacturer already markets a similar product but is hoping to re-launch them under a new brand name with a strategy aimed at achieving higher market share with a wider variety of customers. We have already completed an initial market sizing study, and our main goal now is to develop a sales strategy and help the manufacturer sell the product to their target customers.
