Conducting a due diligence for a private equity firm and need a strong analyst to run the financial model. The target is in the advertising technology space. The project will start now and run through June Fri 17 with a core deliverable due Tue June 14. Will work directly with me and a small team of 3-4 others -- inputs will come from target data (via data room), public sources, and team expertise.
Additional Notes
2-3 years as an Analyst/Associate at a top-tier Investment Bank or Management Consulting firm. Expert with Excel -- both functionality and structuring for readability. Preferred Skills and Certifications
