Finance & Accounting - Financial Modeling
I am looking for an experienced analyst or associate to upgrade/automated an existing real estate acquisition model and to trouble shoot/audit nested if then statements in a JV waterfall structure. In addition to the trouble shooting, I would like toggles and macros to alternate debt stuctures and terms (e.g., I/O payments, fully amortizing payments, mortgage insurance on the amortizing principal, etc). Strongly prefer an analyst/associate with deep real estate experience. Thanks for considering this work!
