Interim Support & Leadership - Project Manager
Looking for an experienced Project Manager to support sales training deployment at a professional services firm.
Responsibilities include:
-Collaborate with Program Design team to devise a deployment strategy, codify process and procedure, and prepare necessary materials to support launch.
-During deployment, coordinate a team of 3 facilitators to progress 300 professionals (in teams of 5-8) through weekly training sessions.
-Support design and implementation of long-term deployment strategy (to be executed following initial roll out to 300).
-Map plan for continuous improvement: ongoing training development, SharePoint file management, content management system, versioning, etc.
