Finance & Accounting - Corporate Finance
Audit of financial model created to evaluate the secondary market acquisition of a long lived hard Asset with a 25-30 year useful life and strait line declining value/depreciation with 10% scrap value. Asset subject to a 10+ year old JV. To be evaluated from the perspective of acquisition Sponsor, Debt and Equity investors (Investors) . The JV is ext. managed by lead member in the JV. Under JV Contract which will be extended out 7-10 years and provides for each JV member, as Investors would become. Historical performance used to estimate JV future Net Income.
Existing model is fully operational, with 50+ assumptions, w/ full financial statement with Asset resale in 5-10 years.
Desire assistance with the following on an extremely tight time window.
1) Review and Audit existing model to verify accuracy and functionality. ***
2) Revise and repair any errors. ****
3) Perform sensitivity analysis with model output under various scenarios. *
4) Clean up. *
