Our client is a Beauty retailer with a national footprint- our task is to align top executives on omnichannel operations and develop the marketing department's future state operating model.

This role will be the client-facing expert on marketing operations for retail and will contribute to the development of process maps, capabilities assessments, knowledge management plans, communications plans, and governance plans. 

Requiremetns:
Deep knowledge of retail marketing and omnichannel operating models  
Bonus: experience in beauty retail  
Understanding of in-store merchandising required  
Must have a consulting background
Change Management experience  
5+ years in a management consulting, digital marketing, or other relevant services firm 
Prior experience working with retailers with a national footprint 
Create customer journeys to drove prospects to customers and ongoing engagement 
Deep understanding of digital channels and emerging channels 
Ability to input and guide marketing plans 
Ability to create digital marketing strategies 
Experience creating test & learn plans and implementing optimization processes 
Understanding of MarTech stack and using platforms 
Understanding of reporting and analysis
