Finance & Accounting - Corporate Finance
We are evaluating an opportunity to set up a program that will purchase certain receivables that earn a fixed rate of return but make payments at different times. We would like someone to model the payment (and reinvestment) waterfall of these assets and project returns on the debt and equity capital structure put together to fund the purchase of these assets. Base models are available and may only need to be cleaned up. This should be less than 3-4 days of work at 4-5 hours per day.
Additional Notes
A positive work experience on the model is likely to lead to follow up work with variable compensation. Some projects are hourly, some are fixed and some depend on the profitability/workload. Preferred Skills and Certifications
