Corporate Strategy & Development - Strategy Development
My client owns several rural telephone companies (RLEC's or ILEC's) and has two new LOI's. We need raise $20MM of senior/mezz or unitranche to finance the acquisitions and create enough financial flexibility to allow him make capital expenditures into FTTH. I need help creating a solid lender/investor deck and developing a credible financial model. The likely financing source would be an alternative lender.
Additional Notes
Two years of modeling/presentation experience in an investment banking or private debt (BDC or mezz fund) environment. Prefer some understanding of the telecom space. Preferred Skills and Certifications
