Corporate Strategy & Development - Strategy Development
We aim to be the pre-eminent strategic and investment advisor to companies in Nigeria (domestic and cross-border). We are looking to bring on board top-tier M&A, corporate strategy and private equity professionals to work with the firm on a project-by-project basis.
Compensation will be through a fixed hourly rate based on the number of hours worked, plus a success fee. Although projects are remote, some travel may be required depending on client requirements.

Additional Notes
Top-tier academic (inc. MBA) and professional background. Experience in corporate strategy, M&A, private equity or capital markets (ideally a combination). Africa experience a real plus.
