We are about to begin formally marketing our fist fund and need to have written content (not legal, just the main investment related content) for our Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) ready shortly. We have a marketing presentation, significant amounts of research and content on our website that describes our investment thesis, investment philosophy, firm, etc., which should be more than sufficient to create the text content for the PPM.
Additional Notes
Experience in the preparation/writing of PPMs, OMs, CIMs, etc. Exceptionally strong English writing skills. Ability to take given topics explain them simply, yet intelligently in written form. Preferred Skills and Certifications
