Finance & Accounting - Financial Modeling
Need experienced PE or I-banker to build a hospitality real estate financial model.
I'm pursuing purchasing a 3,800 acre fly fishing member club. The model will consist of 2 year historic P&L data and 5-year go-forward P&L with planned capex improvements, assumptions around member and member fee growth, adding new income stream (corporate events), etc.
The deal would be structured as a JV with another partner or we'll syndicate the deal. It is planned to be an evergreen hold period so their will be distributions to investors. Would like to build in a 5 year exit valuation to show the increase in value as well.
