Finance & Accounting - M&A Transaction Readiness
Produce deal deliverable for two lower middle market private equity investments (< $40 MM Enterprise Value) under Letter of Intent ("LOI"). We have minimal junior and mid-level talent so this person would need to feel comfortable in working on items such as financial modeling and presentations, but also be able to think and add value in higher level areas and assist in the deal management. Ability to be on-site in midtown Manhattan is helpful but not required.

Experience working in Investment Banking, Management Consulting or Private Equity on deal less than $50 million. Comfortable modeling and writing investment memo's About The Client
