We are in need of an outside perspective on ways to grow the firm by making it more profitable, creating budgets and working with our current professionals to utilize financial data set boundaries and grow the firm more systematically. Desired time per month would be 1-3 hours and if it is a successful relationship then the success will translate to more billable time. We are a wealth management firm that specializes in business owners that need succession planning and we are in RIA.
