I'm looking for someone with experience in organizational redesign who also has experience working for a professional services company. I'm a boutique management consultancy and business development firm in growth mode and need to put process and procedures in place for my business, several of my services, IPs, as well as develop my methodologies and UVP. Bonus if you have experience in diversity and inclusion and innovation.
