(This is an updated description from my original entry) I need an OD expert who has significant experience with CEO succession where two senior executive candidates are competing for the role. The specific advice I need is from someone who has done this before and understands how to manage the succession planning while still having collaboration across leaders to deliver current business results. I need someone who has examples of where this has been done and how to make it work. I do not need someone who only knows about succession. The key is the combination of how to do succession and organize leadership roles to deliver current business results.
