We are a small firm looking for someone available for multiple consulting projects and interested in the possibility of long-term employment. Our work typically advises clients on complex, outside-facing issues that center on three common themes: What should I target to grow? How can I improve competitiveness? At what scale and when should I invest? We're called when substantial investment is at stake and circumstances call for much more than a superficial assessment.
