Private investment firm needs 4 separate boiler-plated pitch decks done for private credit investment into stabilized, income-producing real estate deals in each food group: 1) Retail 2) Multi-family 3) warehouse/industrial 4) Office.
Each one of these decks should be about 23-25 pages and speak to the strengths of each asset class, using anecdotal market circumstances to support or persuade an investment, footnoted. For example, the case for multifamily could be: “debt laden millennials and a transient labor force make home affordability out of reach for an entire generation”…, etc.
Deal Structure: These will be individual asset-by-asset investments where debt will be pooled for purchase.
Capital Structure: Debt-only (private credit)
Transaction Type: Stabilized
Presentation should be geared toward retail investors (non-institutional) who have a general understanding of the asset class.
Candidate should have at least 2 years investment banking experience.
