-Looking for an expert with a strong real estate PE/IB background who has experience in office and multifamily developments to provide interim analytical support, and assist with modeling potential deals/complex waterfall models.
-Expert needs to have experience with Argus.
-Expert will be gatekeeper for ongoing deal flow and will evaluate multifamily/office packages to decipher key pieces into a 1 page format and put together investment summaries.
**Engagement can be remote, but if expert is located in SoCal and can work on-site in Orange County, that would be an added benefit.
**Minimum bandwidth requirement is 20-30 hours per week, but ideally expert will be able to work more than that.
