Finance & Accounting - Financial Modeling
Model for a healthcare service provider offering a mix of office-based, in-home, & virtual/digital treatment programs.
New payer contracts are driving rapid growth; model will inform conversations with top-decile investors starting in Oct.
My working plan is to develop the model in 2 phases:
1) Operating buildup (monthly for 1st 18 mos post close)
- census/revenue mix, including shift from
- staff/labor efficiency
- shift from FFS to bundled rate
2) Financial model, eg,
- 3 statements
- capital structure
- investor/mgmt returns
My background includes stints as a levfin analyst and a PE investor, as well as a CFO/COO in healthcare and other industries.
Key Criteria:
- comfort with complex buildups, including multiple toggles as the business model evolves
- experience with forecasts driven by caseloads for a grid/table of providers at different credential levels
- comfort building from a blank page: historical data is limited and of minimal value

Additional Notes
Reps with relevant operating buildups > environment you've worked (eg mid-market vs wall street vs in-house). Healthcare service providers or staffing are best; both ideal. Preferred Background
