Investment banker needed to help on one to three sell-side engagements. We are selling companies in the digital media, apparel and consumer products industries. Ideal candidate has analyst and associate experience. Work includes extensive transaction support: writing information memorandums, financial modeling, Capital IQ analysis, online research, PowerPoint presentations, organizing online data rooms, creating investor lists and other analyses. Must be in NYC but can work remotely most of time. Will attend client meetings and calls.
