Market Analysis for Co-Working Community Space

Need a market analysis consultant with start up (or subscription based business) experience to create a deck that will serve as a preliminary pitch deck for our co-working space. The individual should know how to assess the currently landscape, growth and entry potential as well as evaluate and position our brand/offering in a way that amplifies our value proposition while crystallizing our opportunity in the market. This individual should also be able to advise on directions based on said research and the information we provide as well.
