Two-week project conducting market analysis and target analysis on middle market private equity funds. The consultant is expected to perform due diligence, qualify and validate select private equity fund targets that meet the following criterion: Fund size of $150MM+, portfolio companies count 8-10+, non-VC focused, industry-agnostic, are seeking an additional operating partner, New York City-based (Connecticut and NJ-based firms will be considered).
