Corporate Strategy & Development - M&A Support
I'm looking for a FIG M&A banker (preferably with experience in the Caribbean and Central America) to perform valuations of a financial institution. This deal will be structured via mezzanine funding. Part of the engagement, I would be looking for the person to:
- create a valuation & returns model
- sensitivity analysis against entry vs. exit multiples and entry multiple/normalized EBITDA
- charts & graphs
