Received a term sheet for an acquisition of my smaller company. We will do a few million in revenue this year in our first year of trading. I would like to connect with an former banker who can help me negotiate the term sheet, and advise me on things such as tax implications of stock v asset sale, how the preference stack is dealt with in each case etc.
