Finance & Accounting - M&A Transaction Readiness
-An M&A advisor who works primarily in the lower middle market is looking for a consultant to assist with ongoing deal work.
-Looking for someone that has 10+ years of experience and has an extensive background in the M&A sale process.
-This individual will do a number of things, including but not limited to: financial analysis, financial modeling, assimilating & combining existing financial spreadsheets into a summary format, deck collaboration & editing (will not be building decks autonomously yourself but need to be proficient in powerpoint to help contribute), industry research, etc.
**Engagement will average 10 hours per week throughout the duration
