Research - Primary Research
I'd like some market research done surrounding local small businesses.
I have a list of about 14 types of small business, like Accomodation (hotels, B&B's), Automotive (mechanics), Medical (dentists, optometrists, therapists), Retail (florists) etc. I'd like to know the following information about each business category:
Population - how many of that business type are there in the US (or Anglosphere)
Business model - recurring business or single sales
Customer acquisition - referrals, advertising, etc.
Customer Value - Avg. lifetime value of a customer
Sales - Do they need sales people? Do customers self serve etc.
Associations - what are their main associations and member organizations
I'd like to focus on the Anglo-sphere countries like US, UK, Australia, Canada, but only US is fine too. It's important that all data is sourced.
