Corporate Strategy & Development - Strategy Development
A private equity firm is seeking support developing a flip book for lenders and co-investors (aka lender presentation) for one of our portfolio companies. You will be provided background and financial details on a portfolio company to prepare a brief presentation. While very limited analysis work is required, you will be required to organize and format quantitative information into a structure that would be persuasive.
The project timeline is as follows:
(1) June 26: Onboarding discussion with the private equity firm
(2) July 3: Document template for a lender pitch presentation completed
(3) July 10: First full draft of document reviewed
(4) July 17: Final pitch document completed
During this process, you would report directly to a Vice President of the firm with possible exposure to Partners during key milestones.
Pending the successful completion of this first deliverable, there may be opportunity for replicating this work for subsequent companies.

Additional Notes
Former investment banking Associate with experience developing and reviewing lender presentations. Additional experience in the industrials sector or with middle-market companies would be an asset. Preferred Skills and Certifications
