Corporate Strategy & Development - Strategy Development
For a large client, need to benchmark and describe leadership development programs in three areas: public sector organizations, private sector organizations and boutique advisory firms. The project entails desk work (i.e. web-based searches) of published sites, literature and reports describing how specific organizations develop leaders. Nine 2-3 page "cases" need to be developed for each with a meta-summary across all nine cases.
Additional Notes
Someone who has been an analyst for a larger consulting firm who is comfortable doing web-based research and can deliver well-organized summaries on PPT slides. Preferred Skills and Certifications
