Need capital raise and underwriting LBO model constructed, and a capital raise process managed.
Industry experience within global surface transportation businesses: freight transportation equipment, leasing and logistic services.
Requirements:
- Extensive LBO modeling experience within private equity and/or investment banking
- Private equity professional with experience in investing and operations
- Industry experience required; leasing experience preferred.
