I run a YouTube channel that has gone from $200k net profits last year to a projected $2mil this year. I have approximately 15 employees and work with an additional 30 contractors. I am looking for someone that can help me develop a plan for reinvestment and major growth, improve my budgeting system, deliver monthly reports on the financial health of my organization, and advise me on an as-needed basis for all financial decisions within the business.
