We are working with a Transportation and Logistics client of ours and looking for a D&I Roadmap Consultant. The ideal Candidate would be a D&I expert that has the following attributes:
D&I experience
Executive communication
Executive presentation
Project Management
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Conducting leadership workshops on culture, talent, and Diversity & Inclusion
Supporting the development and distribution of a survey
Analyzing survey responses
Conducting focus groups and interviews for additional information
Developing insights on the focus groups and interviews
Conducting a D&I maturity assessment
Developing a D&I activity roadmap and supporting detail for activities
Developing a communications plan
Pre Reqs:
D&I experience is the primary experience required.
