Finance & Accounting - Financial Modeling
We are looking for an experienced Investment Banking Associate or Vice President to help run investment models.
Responsibilities:
-- Sense checking the operational model that has been built and making changes as appropriate.
-- Complete the modeling for the parent, development company and multiple locations, which includes the distribution of funds between the entities, monthly for two years.
-- Run multiple operational scenarios and capitalization structures with associated return analysis.
-- Construct a recapitalization of the first two locations in the second year.
-- Help prepare the investment presentation and prospectus from the business plan.
--Assist in the capital raising efforts
Skills:
-- The Candidate should be proficient in financing, LBO and recapitalization execution and modeling and the underlying concepts and calculations therein and be to work under a high degree of autonomy
