I'm the CFO of a digital media platform that is looking to raise some capital. I'm looking to leverage a consultant who can build out decks, put together a teaser, and do basic data room & excel tasks.
The ideal consultant will have an investment banking background and can quickly put together high-quality decks. Most of the work will be front-loaded over the first 2 weeks of the engagement (30/hrs) put will tail off towards, which is when revisions will occur.
