I am working with a client to help improve their Talent Development. They are a small firm (45 people) specializing in Sales & Marketing consulting. They have hired me to do preliminary research on how the best consulting firms develop their people. My client has identified McKinsey as a priority to include in the research. I would like to talk with 2 or 3 McKinsey alums (MUST HAVE WORKED AT MCKINSEY) about their development experience. Ideal candidates are: 1) MBA hire that was at McKinsey for 3 to 5 years; 2) someone that has 5 - 10 years experience at McKinsey; 3) someone with 10+ years experience at McKinsey
