Seeking CFO for M&A work for a start-up in the dermatology physician practice sector. Healthcare related experience preferred. Responsibilities include financial model refinement to include investment targets, debt and equity requirements for practice consolidation. Candidate would assist in final negotiations with equity sponsors. Ongoing involvement in strategic practice acquisitions. Company based in Florida but remote work allowed. Some travel required.
