Interim Support & Leadership - CFO
Position Deliverables
1. Provide interim leadership to finance and accounting group
2. Serve as financial thought partner for CEO
3. Develop P&L and cash flow forecast deliverable for remainder of 2018
4. Support Q4 2018 debt refinancing
1. Lead development of normalized EBITDA / adjustments
2. Develop 3-5 year projection model for potential lenders
3. Support lender due diligence
Requirements
1. CFO experience at a leveraged private equity backed company
2. Experience running and supporting debt financing process
3. Collegial/collaborative/no ego style
Desired Experience
1. Apparel/licensing industry experience
2. Experience in a high SKU count environment
3. IT/ERP system experience
