Need experienced professional with proven expertise in SaaS for HR Tech, Workforce Management for an initial investment review. Will provide a investor's deck and financials. Deliverable should be a DD questionnaire and short recommendation (either positive or negative) for the target (an early stage HR SaaS platform catering to mid-sized companies in Europe and APAC).
Additional Notes
Experience in SaaS products especially focused on Smart HR management, expense and payroll management, due diligence and investments. Preferred Background
