Simply stated we are desirous of having an independent third party valuation performed on our financial service company. Specifically, a capital raise is being performed at the holding company level, and the owners are desirous of having a valuation performed of the holding company. Currently the holding company owns an SEC Registered RIA and a FINRA member firm. There are plans to establish two addition entities under the holding company.
