Seeking assistance developing a time sensitive investment pitch presentation for a sector-specific role-up strategy which we are negotiating and looking to finance. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of direct IB experience working on capital raise, sell side or similar transactions. They need to be able to apply critical thinking to develop comprehensive industry/sector overviews and analyses (including company comparables), as well as, standard valuation metrics/models .
Ideal candidates are New York based (though not required), and have access to research and analytics databases to assist with project.
